Section 9 Condominium Association, Inc.

Q. What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A. One vote per unit owned.
Q. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A. Use restrictions are found in the Declaration of Condominium, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations
Q. What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
A. No leasing is allowed.
Q. How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit and when are they due?
A. Assessments are currently $1,575 per quarter during the year
Q. Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association? Also, how much are my assessments?
A. You are not required to be a member of any other association, but it is highly recommended that you pay yearly dues to the Village Green Homeowners Association. Those dues pay for the maintenance of the common green areas, entrance signs and general maintenance of Village Green. Most of our unit owners feel that the $100.00 yearly maintenance fee is a bargain for keeping our community in a condition that we can be proud of.
Q. Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000? If so, identify each such case.
A. No
