We are so happy that you have chosen Village Green as your home and would like to provide some information that may be helpful as you settle in.
Our Board of Directors is made up of residents who volunteer their time and whose function is to act for all residents, preserve property values and to keep Village Green a community of which we can be proud.
We hope you will become involved in the activities of the Association and extend an invitation to you to attend our community events, meetings and social gatherings. There is a monthly Board meeting, held on the second Monday of each month. All homeowners are invited. Voluntary dues are $100 a year (subject to change), payable in January.
Enclosed is a listing of essential information to help you get settled in. We particularly invite you to visit the VGHA website at VGHA.org for much more information on governing documents, helpful links and phone numbers. Please take the time to read through the Neighborhood Standards where each homeowner is asked to seriously consider in order for us to maintain our beautiful community.
